摘要
以滨柃两年生幼苗为试材,研究了在不同NaCl浓度胁迫下植物体内抗氧化酶活性、渗透调节物质含量和光合参数的变化。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度增高,滨柃叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)都逐渐下降,胞间CO2(Ci)浓度在盐胁迫下先降低后增加。SOD、POD和CAT活性随着NaCl盐胁迫浓度的增加比对照都有所不同程度的升高;NaCl盐胁迫下可溶性糖和脯氨酸(Pro)等渗透调节物质的含量均较对照增加且升幅较大。
The effects of NaCI salt-stress on the antioxidative system, osmotic regulation and photosynthetic parameters in the seedlings of two years old Eurya emarginata were studied. The results showed that net photosynthesis rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) of Eurya emarginata had decreased with the increase of NaCI salt-stress, but intercellular CO2 (Ci) concentration was firstly decreased and increased lastly under stress. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxi- dase (POD), catalase (CAT) had increased than that of the control with the increase of NaCI salt-stress concentration. The contents of proline (Pro) and soluble sugar(SS) increased evidently with the increasing of NaCI concentrations.
