摘要
马铃薯纺锤块茎类病毒病(Potato spindle tuber viroid,PSTVd)是威胁我国马铃薯生产的重要病害之一,已经给我国的马铃薯生产造成了严重影响,导致了经济损失。在防治该病害方面存在着脱除难,检测不到位,脱毒种薯质量控制体系不健全,监管力度不够等问题。今后,要加大PSTVd脱毒技术的研究,选用健康的马铃薯作为原始材料,严格执行隔离制度,完善脱毒马铃薯种薯质量控制体系,加大种薯质量监管力度等措施,控制马铃薯纺锤块茎类病毒病,确保我国马铃薯产业健康、稳定发展。
Potato spindle tuber viroid （PSTVd） is one of the main diseases which threatens the potato production. PSTVd has caused some losses to Chinese potato production. There are some difficulties in controling of this disease. It is difficult to be removed from medstem, and detection for it is not enough. The quality control system of virus-free seed potato is distemperedness and there is not a good supervision on it. From now on, it should pay much attention to PSTVd removing technique, use healthy seed potato to carry out strict isolation system, and consummate seed potato quality control system to insure the potato industry of China to develop healthily and steadily.
