全身扩散加权成像在发现恶性肿瘤转移灶方面的价值 被引量:2

摘要 探讨全身扩散加权成像(WB-DWI)在发现恶性肿瘤转移灶方面的临床应用价值。对30例恶性肿瘤患者先后行CT/磁共振成像(MRI)和WB-DWI检查,以最终的临床诊断结果为准,对比单独应用CT/MRI与联合应用CT/MRI+WB-DWI在评价恶性肿瘤全身转移的能力。应用WB-DWI评价恶性肿瘤全身转移具有显著的临床应用价值,现报告如下。
