引流治疗恶性心包积液86例分析
摘要
恶性肿瘤伴发心包积液（恶性心包积液）越来越多见,尸检显示7%～12%恶性肿瘤会累及心包[1]。为防止患者早期死亡,利于下一步的治疗。本研究回顾性分析引流治疗的有效性,探讨影响心包积液复发和患者生存率的指标。
