摘要营养性缺铁性贫血(nutritional iron deficiency anemiaNIDA)是由于体内铁缺乏导致血红蛋白合成减少所致。世界卫生组织将缺铁性贫血(IDA)列为全球四大营养性疾病之一,在发展中国家,在经济欠发达地区发病率高达34%~45%,发病率甚高。IDA对全身各组织器官或多或少都有影响,同时对小儿生长及智力发育也有影响。
