摘要
提供了一种基于胶体金试纸的快速定量检测方法。该方法定义试纸最大可测范围,利用T、C线区域,以最大列均值为自变量,利用多幅图片的T、C线最大值和相应有害物含量,进行二元三次多项式拟合,以此对未知浓度试纸进行定量分析,加快了测定时间,解决了试纸质量不稳定或外界条件影响试纸检测效果以及T线不明显所导致的估计错误问题。利用T、C线的关系,合理地忽略时间因素,充分利用实验过程的中间图片数据,达到了90%准确率。该模型为提升检测准确度给出了方向——反应延时。
Colloid gold Immunochromatographic has a widely application prospect. With the definition of maximal testablescope which deals the problem of unobvious T area, this article gives a fast quantitative detection method base on many pictures' strips by treating both T and C area values obtaining from their column mean as the independent variables in the polynomial fitting, before had been run the quantitative detection of an unknown residue with the colloid gold strip. The method this article mention can accelerate testing time and deal with the problem of unstable test strip or polluted test strip by external environment. This method can have upper 90% precision. This simplified model can ignore the time factor reasonably to take highly use of intermediate pictures. At the same time, the model define that every strip has its limit and T area doesn't change color after exceed this limit. Finally, with the help of this model, it's easy to give the tips of improvement: consider the latency of reaction between T and C area.
