摘要
对一种芽变郁金香上农早霞在上海气候条件下的生物学性状、观赏性和光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:种球周径越大,郁金香株高、叶片长宽、花朵大小等相关性状的数量值越大,大种球长成的植株在开花率和花朵观赏性上优势明显。种球周径越大,收获郁金香鳞茎数量越多,繁殖系数越高,收获的鳞茎也越大。光合指标测定表明,净光合速率变化呈"双峰"变化曲线,与E(蒸腾速率)、Gs(气孔导度)、Ci(细胞间隙CO2浓度)的变化趋势呈正相关性。
The biological characteristics,ornamental and photosynthetic characteristics of tulip Shangnong Early Luster were studied in Shanghai.The results showed that the greater the circumference of tulip bulbs are,the greater plant height,leaf length and width,flower size and other related characteristics.The greater the circumferences of the bulbs are,the greater the number of harvested bulbs,propagation coefficient and size of the harvested bulbs become.Determination of photosynthetic parameters showed that net photosynthetic rate is a "double peak" curve,and E(transpiration rate),Gs(stomatal conductance),Ci(intercellular CO2 concentration) have a positive correlation trend.
