C波段SIR滤波器小型化的研究

摘要 微带SIR滤波器有尺寸小、成本低、易于集成和寄生通带可调节的优点,在微波电路中有着广泛的应用。文中给出的C波段内耦合SIR滤波器比起传统的发卡型SIR滤波器体积进一步减小。该滤波器选用的滤波器阶数为5阶,总尺寸为20mm×20mm。中心频率为5.0675GHz,通带为4.6675GHz~5.4675GHz,带宽800MHz,带内插损优于1.5dB,在4GHz和6GHz处抑制大于30dB。可用于跳频频率源的滤波电路。 Microstrip SIR filter has advantages of small size, low cost, easy integration and adjustable parasitic pass- band, which is widely used in microwave circuit. The C-band inner-coupled SIR filter has smaller volume compared with the traditional card-based SIR filter. The filter selected 5 order filter, whose total size is 20 mm× 20 mm, center fre- quency is 5. 067 5 GHz, passband is 4. 667 5 GHz--5. 467 5 GHz, bandwidth is 800 MHz, in-band insertion loss better than 1.5 dB, and suppression is better than 30 dB at 4 GHz and 6 GHz. This filter can be applied to hopping frequency source.
