摘要
根据表面等离子体激元(SPPs)的激发特性,给出了一个四通道分波器的设计方法,并在通道中分别放入半径为60nm、80nm、90nm、100nm的金属球,然后利用FDTD进行数值仿真模拟验证,仿真结果表明:该分波器可分别对1.50μm、1.55μm、1.60μm、1.65μm的光源进行很好的分波。
According to the characteristics of surface plasmon excitation, a design method of four-channel wave sepa- rator is proposed, in which putting metal balls with radius of 60 nm, 80 nm, 90 nm, 100 nm, and performing numerical simulation verification with FDTD. Simulation results show that the wave separator has good performance on 1.50μm, 1.55μm, 1.60μm and 1.65μm light source.
