摘要 疲劳监测数据以其对于判定结构安全状况的重要作用而引起业内专家的广泛关注。因此,文中设计了一种基于无线传感技术的智能疲劳监测系统,该系统可实现无线低频检测,以判定结构的疲劳损伤,进而识别结构的安全状况。文章同时提出了系统的总体架构并确定了核心算法,完成了智能无线疲劳监测系统的设计,并通过实验验证了该系统的可行性。结果表明:该无线智能疲劳监测系统无需布线、安装方便,具有良好的工程适用性,在低频结构的疲劳监测中具有很好的应用前景。 Fatigue monitoring data plays an important role in determining the situation of structural safety, and attracts more attention of industry experts. A kind of intelligent fatigue monitoring system based on wireless sensor tech- nology was designed. The system can realize wireless low frequency detection of the structure, judge fatigue damage of the structure, and evaluate safety of the structure condition. A general framework of the system is presented, the core algorithm is determined, and the wireless intelligent fatigue monitoring system is integrated. The feasibility of this system is verified through an experiment. The experimental results show that the wireless intelligent fatigue monitoring system is easy to be installed without wiring, has a good engineering applicability, and has a very good prospect in the fatigue monitoring of the low frequency structure.
