摘要
文章通过对柴油加氢装置设备平面布置特点的分析和一些需要注意事项的介绍,以及通过对炉反区重要管线的走向和应力分析的探讨,并从经济的角度对平面布置方案进行对比,力争使装置的设备平面布置达到合理和经济。
This article analyzes the characteristics of equipment layout of diesel hydrogenation unit,introduces some points to be noted,discusses the piping routing in furnace reaction area and the stress analysis, and compares several equipment layout schemes from economic viewpoint,so as to achieve a reasonable and economical equipment layout of the unit.
