喉癌患者肿瘤标志物的检测意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的本研究通过血清胸苷激酶(TK1)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC-Ag)的检测来提高喉癌的诊断率,并研究他们与临床分期及病理分级的相关性。方法采集80例喉癌受检者、30例健康人群作为对照组;所有患者的血清标本均采用免疫印迹增强化学发光法(ECLA)检测TK1,采用微粒子酶免疫分析(MEIA)检测SCC-Ag。结果喉癌患者血清TK1、SCC-Ag的含量明显高于健康对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清TK1及SCC-Ag联合检测阳性率为88.5%,明显高于各个单项检测的阳性率(分别为61.2%、69.3%,P<0.01)。血清TK1及SCC-Ag含量与喉癌的分期有关,其中均随喉癌的分期增高而增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)而与喉癌的病理分级无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 TK1、SCC-Ag在喉癌中的检出率明显高于健康人群;均随喉癌的临床分期的升高而升高;在喉癌的检测中TK1的敏感性较高,特异性较低;而SCC-Ag的特异性较高,敏感性较低,二者联合检测可以提高喉癌检出的特异性及敏感性,从而可以提高喉癌的早期诊断率。
