盐酸氨溴索注射液及肺表面活性物质在防治新生儿肺透明膜病中的临床比较分析

The comparative clinical analysis for ambroxol Injection pulmonary surfactant in the prevention of hyaline membrane disease

目的对比分析盐酸氨溴索注射液与肺表面活性物质在防治新生儿肺透明膜病中的临床疗效。方法选取2009年3月～2010年6月,我院收治的74例早产儿作为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采用盐酸氨溴索注射液进行新生儿肺透明膜病的预防和治疗,观察组患儿采用肺表面活性物质固尔苏进行预防和治疗。比较两组患儿中未患肺透明膜病患儿后续发病率及已患病患儿的总有效率,综合评价盐酸氨溴索注射液及肺表面活性物质在防治新生儿肺透明膜病中的临床效果。结果经研究显示,两组患儿中,为患病患儿后续肺透明膜病发生率比较,固尔苏组明显低于盐酸氨溴索注射液组,P值<0.05,具有统计学意义;已患肺透明膜病患儿的总有效率比较,两组无显著相差异,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论固尔苏预防新生儿肺透明膜病的作用强于盐酸氨溴索注射液,两种药物对该病的治疗效果无显著性差异。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect for ambroxol Injection pulmonary surfactant in the prevention of hyaline membrane disease.Methods 74 preterm children treated in our hospital from March 2009 to June 2010 were chosen as the research subject.All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection for newborn children with hyaline membrane disease for prevention and treatment.The observation group were treated with pulmonary surfactant curosurf for prevention and treatment.The total effective of children were not suffering from hyaline membrane disease incidence and subsequent children had been sick children for the two groups were compared.Evaluated comprehensively the clinical effect for ambroxol Injection pulmonary surfactant in the prevention of hyaline membrane disease.Results The study showed that hyaline membrane disease incidence of the follow-up for the sick children for the two groups of children compared curosurf group was significantly lower than the ambroxol hydrochloride injection group（P0.05）.There was statistically significant.The total effective rate for children that had been suffering from hyaline membrane disease were compared,there was no significant phase difference（P0.05）.There were not statistically significant for the two groups.Conclusions The prevention for hyaline membrane disease of curosurf is stronger than ambroxol injection.There is no significant difference for the two drugs on the treatment of the disease.
