实施健康教育对产妇分娩方式的影响

The effect of implementation of health education for maternal mode of delivery

目的探讨健康教育对产妇分娩方式的影响。方法选取2009年1～12月在我院建卡进行产前检查的400例孕妇作为研究对象,将所有孕妇按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,对对照组孕妇实施常规产前检查程序,观察组患者在对照组孕妇常规产前检查的基础上予以产前分娩健康教育。对所有孕妇临产前1周进行分娩知识问卷调查并比较,统计两组患者生产方式、剖宫产原因、产程时间、产后住院时间、产后母婴情况及母乳喂养成功率并比较,综合以上指标结果,评价健康教育对产妇分娩方式及分娩质量的影响。结果经研究显示,两组产妇产前1周的分娩知识问卷调查结果、自然生产率、非指征性剖宫产率、产程时间、产后住院时间、婴儿健康评分、母乳喂养成功率比较,观察组均具有明显的优势,P值均<0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论产前对孕妇实施有效的健康教育,可使产妇在对待分娩方式上更为理性,选择适合自身情况的分娩方式,不但保证了母婴的健康,同时也更经济实惠。

Objective To investigate the effect of implementation of health education for maternal mode of delivery.Methods 400 cases of pregnant women from January 2009 to December 2009 taken prenatal care cards in our hospital were chosen as the research object.All pregnant women were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly.The control group were taken normal pregnant women prenatal care program.Patients in the observation group were taken childbirth prenatal health education on the basis of routine prenatal care.Taken childbirth knowledge survey for all pregnant women the week before labor and compare them.The mode of production,the reasons for cesarean section,labor time,postpartum hospital stay,postpartum and breastfeeding success rates of maternal for the two groups were taken statistics and compared.According to the above indicators,evaluated the effect of implementation of health education for maternal mode of delivery and delivery quality.Results The study showed that the mode of production,the reasons for cesarean section,labor time,postpartum hospital stay,postpartum and breastfeeding success rates of maternal for the two groups one week before labor were compared.The observation group had obvious advantages（P0.05）.They were statistically significant.Conclusions Implementation of health education for maternal mode of delivery before labor can be more rational for maternal in the mode of delivery.To choose their own conditions of delivery,can ensure maternal and child health,and be more affordable.
