主观综合性营养评估在血透患者中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察主观综合性营养评估(SGA)对血液透析(HD)患者的营养状态的评估价值。方法对57例血透患者进行SGA评估,同时测定生化指标、人体测量指标及饮食评估,分析SGA与各项营养指标的相关性。结果 57例患者中营养良好35例(61.4%),轻至中度营养不良20例(35.1%),重度营养不良2例(3.5%),总营养不良的发生率为38.6%。血清白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PA)、肌酐(Scr)、三头肌皮皱厚度(TSF)、饮食蛋白摄入量(DPI)和蛋白分解率(nPCR)等指标在SGA评估营养良好、营养不良两组之间差异显著(P<0.05),SGA与TSF、MAMC、DPI等指标的相关性较好(P<0.01)。结论血透患者营养不良的发生率较高,SGA是评价血透患者营养状态的简便方法。
