Wnt5a与肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 Wnt信号通路参与成体细胞增殖、分化和凋亡过程。信号转导通路包括经典的Wnt通路和非经典Wnt/JNK通路及Wnt/Ca2+通路等。信号转导通路出现异常导致肿瘤生成。Wnt基因最初是在小鼠的乳腺癌中发现的,目前在哺乳动物中已发现19个Wnt家族。其中Wnt5a主要介导非经典Wnt/Ca2+通路,但也可以激活经典Wnt通路。Wnt5a的多种肿瘤中出现表达增高、降低或缺失。本文旨从Wnt5a的两面性、Wnt信号通路的调节和Wnt5a与肿瘤的关系三个方面进行综述。
