氟西汀合并奥氮平治疗精神分裂症对照研究

Comparative study of fluoxetine combined olanzapine in treating schizophrenia

目的:观察氟西汀合并奥氮平治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和不良反应。方法:对47例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组:氟西汀加奥氮平研究组(n=23)和奥氮平对照组(n=24),于治疗前和治疗后2、4、8、12周末利用PANSS和TESS进行疗效及不良反应评价。结果:治疗4周后研究组总分及阴性因子分比治疗前明显降低,且阴性因子及焦虑/抑郁因子分值显著低于对照组,体质量增加明显低于对照组。结论:氟西汀合并奥氮平能明显改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状及焦虑/抑郁症状,不良反应少。

Objective：To observe the effectiveness and side effects of fluoxetine combined olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods：47 cases of chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups.The study group（23 cases） was treated with fluoxetine combined olanzapine and the control group（24 cases） was given olanzapine alone.The curative efficacy and side effects at the time-points of pre-therapy,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks after therapy were compared between the two groups by PANSS and TESS.Results：After 4-week therapy,both of the total scores and the negative factor scores were lower than those before therapy in the study group.But,the negative factor scores,the anxiety /depression factor scores and the weight gain in the study group were obviously lower than those in the control group.Conclusion：Fluoxetine combined olanzapine can significantly improve the negative symptoms and anxiety/depression among the schizophrenia patients but less side effects.
