丁咯地尔联合异丙嗪治疗急性椎基底动脉供血不足临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on curative effect of buflomedil combined promethazine in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency

目的:探讨丁咯地尔合并异丙嗪治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床疗效、安全性、不良反应。方法:回顾性分析88例应用丁咯地尔合并异丙嗪治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的临床资料。结果:32例有效,50例显效,6例无效,总有效率93%。结论:丁咯地尔合并异丙嗪治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效显著,安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the clinical effects,safety and adverse reactions of buflomedil combined promethazine in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI）.Methods：The clinical data in 88 cases of CBI treated with buflomedil combined promethazine were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among 88 cases,50 cases were markedly effective,32 were effective and 6 cases were ineffective with the total effective rate of 93%.Conclusion：Buflomedil combined promethazine has significantly curative effect and safety in treating VBI,which deserves further clinical applications.
