两种治疗妇科失血性贫血的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness analysis on two methods to treat gynecological hemorrhagic anemia

目的:探讨蔗糖铁和输血治疗妇科失血性贫血的经济效果,为患者选择经济合理的诊治方法。方法:将130例妇科失血性贫血患者分为采用传统输血纠正贫血组(A组),采用蔗糖铁纠正贫血组(B组),诊治结果进行成本-效果分析和比较。结果:A、B两组的治疗成本分别为1407.00元、1051.00元,总有效率分别为97.06%、96.78%,成本-效果比分别为1449.77元,1085.97元。A组相对于B组的增量成本-效果比为1271.43元。结论:B组方案为较佳方案。

Objective：To investigate the economic effects of cane sugar iron and blood transfusion on treating gynecological hemorrhagic anemia for selecting the economical and reasonable method of diagnosis and treatment.Methods：130 patients with gynecological hemorrhagic anemia were treated by different treatments and their results were performed the cost-effectiveness analysis and comparison.Results：The treatment costs of group A and B were 1407.00 Yuan and 1051.00 Yuan,the total effective rates were 97.05% and 96.67%,and the cost-effectiveness ratios were 1449.77 and 1085.97,respectively.The incremental cost-effectiveness ratio of group A to group B was 1271.43.Conclusion：The scheme of group B is better scheme.
