The root of this financial crisis is collapse of the shadow banking system,whose serious financial vulnerability and huge systematic risk brought a heavy blow to the global economy,as well as had a profound influence on the global financial system.It becomes a problem of universal concern for countries in the world that how to overcome the vulnerability of the shadow banking system and to better play a systemic important role on financial intermediation.The article has analyzed serious financial vulnerability of the shadow banking system in the financial crisis,based on the shadow banking system＇s status and potential risks in China,obtained some enlightenments about how to strengthen the supervision of the shadow banking and to realize the stability of the financial system.
