Emphasis on the Problem of Occupation Benefit——Discussion about Accelerate the Ttransformation of the Pattern of Economic Development Based on the Practitioner

从业人是转变经济发展方式的当事人,包括所有使用消耗设施、器具、材料用品等劳动资源进行产品生产或劳务活动的人;从根本上说,转变经济发展方式,就是要改变从业人的不良经济活动行为;合理讲求职业效益,实质是多方相关主体利益要求的实现,职业效益"效在多方、益在多处";在人们没有完全觉悟的情况下,要成为一种普遍的经常的社会行为,需要从观念创新开始,做多方面的努力。

Practitioners are the related people that transform the pattern of economic development,including people who are using and consuming facilities,equipment,materials supplies and other resources to produce production or labor behavior;basically,transformation of the pattern of economic development is to change the practitioner＇s bad economic activities;in essence,the reasonable emphasis on occupation benefit is the utility of the interests of multi-people.In other words,the substance of occupation benefit will have implemented in various aspects.In the case of people that are not fully aware of it,the innovation of concept is supposed to be the first step and the various efforts are necessary to make it become a common social behavior.
