外周血调节性CD_4^+ CD_(25)+ T细胞比例在体外受精与胚胎移植中的意义

摘要 目的:研究外周血调节性CD4+CD25+T(CD4+CD25+Tr)细胞的比例变化,探讨CD4+CD25+Tr细胞在妊娠免疫母胎耐受中的作用。方法:应用流式细胞术检测试管婴儿成功孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+Tr细胞的比例变化。结果:试管婴儿成功孕妇外周血中CD4+CD25+Tr细胞比例较高,高于同孕期的正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CD4+CD25+Tr细胞在体外受精与胚胎移植的发生发展中发挥一定作用。该研究将有助于阐明妊娠的本质,为探讨妊娠相关免疫异常疾病的发生机制及提高试管婴儿的成功率提供理论依据。 Objective:To study the change of percentage of regulatory CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood,explore the function of CD4+CD25+ T cells in mother-fetal immune tolerance.Methods:Flow cytometry was used to detect the change of percentage of regulatory CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood of pregnant women with test-tube babies.Results:The percentage of CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood of pregnant women with test-tube babies was high,which was significantly higher than that of normal pregnant women with the same gestational weeks(P0.05).Conclusion:CD4+CD25+ T cells play a certain role in the occurrence and development of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,the study is helpful to demonstrate the essence of pregnancy,provide scientific basis for exploring the mechanism of pregnancy related immune disorders and increase the success rate of test-tube baby.
