摘要 水性涂料代表了低污染涂料未来发展的主要方向。生命周期评价已经成为企业进行清洁生产以及设计环境友好型产品的重要工具。文章选取水性涂料作为研究对象,利用LCA方法对其进行在原材料生产、产品加工制造和运输过程引起的环境影响进行定量评价,为进一步改进水性涂料产品的环境行为提供依据。结果表明,生命周期评价作为一种定量分析工具对产品开发和工艺诊断具有巨大潜力。研究所开发的水性涂料模型将有助于产品或工艺设计者识别与产品相关的环境行为,也将支持相关产品开展生命周期评价研究。不可再生资源消耗是最重要的环境影响,其次是水资源消耗和固体废物。在水性涂料的各个生产环节中,原油生产、钛白粉生产、硫酸生产和醋酸乙烯酯生产是产生环境影响的主要环节。在水性涂料的各主要原材料中,钛白粉生产和乳液生产是产生环境影响的主要原材料。 Water-based paint is main development direction of low pollution coating.Life cycle assessment(LCA) is an important tool for clean production and environment-friendly production design.Water-based paint was chosen as research object and LCA was used for quantificational assessment of environment impact that was brought in the process of raw material production,production manufacture and transportation,which would provide the bases for improving environmental performance of water-base paint.As a tool of quantitative analysis,life cycle assessment is potential for product development and technology analysis.The model of water-based paint developed in the research would help to identify environmental performance and develop life cycle assessment of relevant product.The depletion of non-renewable resource was the most important environmental impact of water-based paint,followed by the depletion of water resource and solid waste.In every link of water-based paint production,crude oil,titanium dioxide,sulfuric acid and vinyl acetate were main factors of producing environmental impact,while in main raw material of water-based paint production,titanium dioxide and emulsion were main raw material of producing environmental impact.
