模具在陶瓷工业生产中起着非常重要的作用,传统方法一般用硫磺制作母模与胎模,但制作过程中对操作较为苛刻,为改善硫磺模具制作过程的可操作性,研究通过在硫磺模具中引入硫磺砂浆的概念,采用一次熔制两次浇注一次成型的工艺,简化了硫磺模具的制作程序,提高了强度,减小了制作过程中的收缩开裂和变形。详细阐述了改性硫磺模具的制作方法及制作流程。

Mold plays an important role in industrial production of ceramics.Traditional methods are generally produced by sulfur master mold and fetal membranes,but the production process of the operation is more demanding.In order to improve the sulfur operability of the mold,the sulfur introduced the concept of sulfur mortar,using twice casting forming and once melting process,simplify the production of sulfur mold process,increase its strength,reduce the shrinkage and cracking in the production process and deformation.The modified method of making the mold and sulfur production process was elaborated.
