摘要
目的研究戊二醛消毒液在使用中出现的问题,以便科学有效地使用该消毒剂。方法采用浓度分析法和悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行了戊二醛消毒剂使用过程中相关问题的研究。结果使用浓度的戊二醛溶液中单体含量不稳定,加入表面活性剂之后可使其稳定性增强。活化戊二醛所用表面活性剂具有抑制作用,缓蚀剂亚硝酸钠对戊二醛消毒液有增强杀菌效果的作用。活化后的戊二醛消毒液颜色稍有变黄,但不影响其杀菌效果。结论某些表面活性剂对戊二醛消毒液具有稳定作用,亚硝酸钠对消毒液具有协同杀菌作用。
Objective To study the problem of glutaraldehyde in use in order to use this disinfectant more scientifically and effectively.Methods Concentration analytical method and suspension quantitative germicidal test were used to carry out the study.Results The monomeric glutaraldehyde in solution was unstable while adding surfactants could make it more stable.Sodium nitrite used as corrosion inhibitor could improve the germicidal efficacy.Activated glutaraldehyde disinfectant would become yellow slightly but the germicidal efficacy was unaffected.This result showed that adding surfactant also inhibited the color change of glutaraldehyde.Conclusion Surfactants can stabilize the glutaraldehyde disinfectant solution.Sodium nitrite has synergistic germicidal efficacy with glutaraldehyde disinfectant solution.
