摘要
目的观察5种化学消毒剂对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果及其对金属的腐蚀性。方法应用悬液定量杀菌试验和腐蚀性试验方法,对次氯酸钠等5种化学消毒剂杀灭嗜肺军团菌的效果及其对金属腐蚀性进行了实验室检测。结果用浓度74 mg/L二癸基二甲基氯化铵的水溶液作用5 min,用浓度为1 000 mg/L的苯扎溴铵水溶液作用15min,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌杀灭对数值均>5.0。用有效氯浓度500 mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液、金星消毒液和漂白粉溶液作用15 min,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌的杀灭对数值均>5.0。上述5种消毒剂在常用浓度下均对不锈钢金属片基本无腐蚀,对其他3种金属不同程度腐蚀。结论 2种季铵盐消毒剂和3种含氯消毒剂均在较低浓度下能有效杀灭悬液内嗜肺军团菌,均对不锈钢基本无腐蚀性。
Objective To study the bactericidal efficacy on Legionella pneumophilia and metal corrosion of five disinfectants.Methods Suspension quantitative bactericidal tests were performed to observe the germicidal efficacy on L.pneumophilia of five disinfectants.Metal corrosion experiments of five disinfectants were carried out.Results It showed that the killing log values of L.pneumophilia in suspension were 5.0 when exposed to 74 mg/L Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride compounds and 1 000 mg/L benzalkonium bromide for 5 minutes and 15 minutes respectively.The killing log values of L.pneumophilia in suspension were5.0 when exposed to sodium hypochlorite,Jinxing and chloride of lime solution(containing available chlorine 500 mg/L) fort 15 minutes.The five disinfectant solutions above had no corrosion to steel and had corrosion to carbon steel,aluminum and copper.Conclusion The above two quaternary ammonium compounds and three chlorine-containing disinfectants can kill L.pneumophilia at low concentration and had no corrosion to steel.
