云南省级医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果监测报告

SURVEILLANCE REPORT OF EFFECT OF DISINFECTION AND STERILIZATION IN PROVINCIAL LEVEL HOSPITALS IN YUNNAN PROVINCE

目的了解云南省省级医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量现状,以提高医疗机构消毒管理水平。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对28所医疗机构的消毒与灭菌效果进行了监测。结果共监测804件样品,消毒与灭菌质量总体合格率为92.41%。在各监测对象中,无菌器械灭菌合格率为100%、室内空气卫生质量合格率为82.54%、医护人员手消毒效果合格率为97.58%、物体表面卫生质量合格率97.25%、内镜消毒质量合格率94.12%、使用中消毒液合格率99.20%、紫外灯辐照强度合格率82.68%。结论云南省级医疗机构消毒灭菌工作总体质量较好,室内空气和紫外线灯消毒质量有待提高。

Objective To know the status of disinfection and sterilization in provincial level hospitals in Yunnan province,in order to raise the level of disinfection management in hospitals.Methods Field sampling and laboratory test were used to monitor the effect of disinfection and sterilization of 28 hospitals.Results 804 samples were tested and the overall eligible rate was 92.4%.The eligible rates of sterilization of sterile equipments,sanitation quality of indoor air,disinfection effect of staff＇s hands,sanitation quality of object surfaces,disinfection effect of endoscopies,disinfectants in using and irradiance of ultraviolet lamps were 100%,82.5%,97.6%,97.2%,94.1%,92.3%,99.2% and 82.7% respectively.Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization in provincial level hospitals in Yunnan province is good,while the quality of indoor air and ultraviolet lamps need to be improved.
