摘要
随着番木瓜环斑病毒病的加重,对番木瓜进行PRSV病毒接种,是有效防治PRSV和番木瓜抗PRSV重要措施之一。根据GenBank上已有的PRSV-CP基因序列,设计1对特异引物PRSVCP3/PRSVCP4,同时根据EF183499、HQ424465和美国夏威夷PRSV-CP序列设计保守区特异性引物PRSVCP1/PRSVCP2,并对接种后的番木瓜组培苗进行RT-PCR检测。
Along with the papaya ring spot virus disease,inoculateing the PRSV to papaya is one of the important measures for effective prevention and control for the study of PRSV. According to the PRSV-CP gene sequence in GeneBank, designed a pair of specific primer PRSVCP3/PRSVCP4,and also designed conservative district specific primer PRSVCP1/PRSVCP2 based on EF183499, Q424465 and Hawaii PRSV-CP sequence, then detected the PRSV on seedling cultivation papaya with RT-PCR.
