浅析我国民警教育训练的现状及对策

在公安队伍建设的诸项工作中,教育训练工作始终居于先导性地位,是提升公安民警整体素质及战斗力的重要途径。但就目前来看,我国民警教育训练传统模式远不能适应现代公安队伍建设的实际需求。分析我国民警教育训练的发展历程及现状,探究其弊端所在;同时结合与德国、美国和香港地区民警教育训练模式的比较,给出几点改革方面的思考和建议。

The education and training of the police plays a guiding rule in the police force construction.It is the significant method to improve police force and policing effectiveness.But the traditional methods don＇t meet the practical demands at all in the present situation.By analyzing the development and condition of Chinese police education and training and comparing the methods of police education and training in Germany,America and Hong Kong the author puts forwards her suggestions.
