摘要
针对石化行业的大型直立圆柱壳设备的现场安装方式,设计一种新型的现场安装辅助装置,在此基础上应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对该辅助装置进行验证,结果表明:新型现场安装辅助装置的强度和刚度均能满足工作状况的需要,对实际应用具有参考意义.
Considering the installation of vertical cylindrical shell equipments in large petrochemical industries,a new type of auxiliary device for installation of large vertical equipments was designed, Its stiffness and strength were analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The results show they can meet the working requircments in of practical constructions. The design is of referential value to engineering applications.
