三维荧光二阶校正法快速测定环境水体和淤泥样中麦穗宁残留量 被引量:3

RAPID DETERMINATION OF FUBERIDAZOLE IN AQUATIC ENVIRONMENTAL AND RIVER SEDIMENT SAMPLES USING THREE-DIMENSIONAL FLUORESCENCE COUPLED WITH SECOND-ORDER CALIBRATION METHOD

摘要 将激发发射荧光光谱与化学计量学基于交替三线性分解(ATLD)算法的二阶校正方法相结合,实现了自来水、湘江水、池塘水、雨水和淤泥5种实际复杂体系中麦穗宁含量的直接快速定量测定.当选取组分数为2时,用ATLD算法分辨获得的平均回收率分别为(100.5±1.3)%、(93.8±1.1)%、(95.0±2.1)%、(98.2±2.3)%和(91.3±1.6)%,检测下限(LOD)分别为0.58、1.38、4.47、5.60、0.43 pg.mL-1.另外,还用椭圆置信区间(EJCR)测试,品质因子如灵敏度(SEN)、选择性(SEL)和定量检测限(LOQ)评估了方法的准确性.实验结果表明,该方法能够实现未知荧光背景干扰共存下麦穗宁含量的直接快速定量测定. Fuberidazole(FBZ) is one of the most important benzimidazole fungicides used in the field of agriculture.It persists in the environment after usage for a long time,which is a risk to human health and the environment.Therefore,it is important to quantify FBZ in the presence of complicated matrix background.A novel method has been proposed for the rapid determination of FBZ in environmental samples using three-dimensional fluorescence coupled with the second-order calibration method based on the alternating trilinear decomposition(ATLD) algorithm.When their component numbers were set to 2,the obtained average recoveries of FBZ in tap water,river water,pond water,rain water and river sediment samples were(100.5±1.3)%、(93.8±1.1)%、(95.0±2.1)%、(98.2±2.3)% and(91.3±1.6)%,respectively.The limit of detection(LOD) was 0.58、1.38、4.47、5.60、0.43 pg · mL-1,respectively.Furthermore,the accuracy of the method was also evaluated through the elliptical joint confidence region(EJCR) tests as well as the figures of merit,such as sensitivity(SEN),selectivity(SEL) and limit of quantification(LOQ).It showed that the proposed method could be used to directly determine fuberidazole contents even in the presence of unknown interferents and would provide a method for monitoring FBZ in the environment.
