无机复合调理剂对污泥脱水性能的影响 被引量:14

INFLUENCE OF INORGANIC COMPOSITE CONDITIONER ON DEWATERING PERFORMANCE OF SEWAGE SLUDGE

摘要 针对污泥的固化填埋或建材化利用等后续处置方式,采用FeCl3与生石灰、粉煤灰两种骨架构建体为主要成分的无机复合调理剂对市政污泥进行调理.通过污泥真空抽滤、离心脱水及比阻测定实验,分别确定FeCl3、生石灰、粉煤灰的优化投加量为2.0 g.L-1、20.0 g.L-1、30.0 g.L-1.在优化投加量下,污泥比阻可降到0.27×109 s.2g-1以下,降低率超过93%,脱水泥饼的含水率可降至73%左右,相应的脱水率为77%—79%. FeCl3 and two skeleton builders(lime and fly ash) were used as an inorganic composite conditioner to improve the dewatering performance of sewage sludge.The experimental results of vacuum filtration,centrifugal dewatering and tests of specific resistance to filtration(SRF) show that the optimum dosages of FeCl3,lime,and fly ash were 2.0 g · L-1,20.0 g · L-1,and 30.0 g · L-1,respectively.Under the optimum condition,SRF was reduced to below 0.27×109 s2 · g-1,and the reduction ratio of SRF reached over 93%.Moreover,the water content of dewatered sludge cake was about 73% with a dewatering efficiency of 77%—79%.
