摘要
SYB模式是国际创业培训的重要项目之一。近年来,一些高校以此为依据开展创业教育培训。试以SYB指标内涵和标准为视角,审视我国的大学生教育培训活动在人才培养目标、课程体系、师资队伍、实践训练等方面的诸多问题,并提出改进的措施。
SYB mode is one of important projects in the international business training. In recent years, some universities have carried out the education of starting an enterprise training based on this model . The article discusses the educational training activities in terms of the training target, the curriculum offered , teaching personnel and practical training. It put forward some measures to improve the starting an enterprise training from the perspective of connotation and standard of SYS index.
