摘要
目的探讨不同程度老年慢性萎缩性胃窦炎中胃泌素、T淋巴细胞的表达情况。方法共有研究对象52例,均为胃镜及病理检查确诊为慢性萎缩性胃窦炎患者,根据患者的病情程度分为轻度、中度和重度组;并以患者是否伴有不典型增生及肠化分组;比较各组患者的胃泌素及T淋巴细胞水平。结果与轻度组比较,重度组的胃泌素及CD4水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与伴有不典型增生及肠化组比较,不伴有组的胃泌素、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在老年慢性萎缩性胃窦炎患者中检测其胃泌素及T淋巴细胞的水平能够对其疾病的诊断起到一定的辅助作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of gastrin and T lymphocytes in varying degrees of chronic atrophic antral gastritis. Methods Fifty-two cases were diagnosed with endoscopy and pathology, they were divided into mild, moderate and severe group according to the patient＇s severity; and divided into two groups according to associate with dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia or not; Compared the gastrin and T lymphocytes. Results Compared mild group,the difference in gastrin and CD4 levels of severe group were significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Compared associated dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia group, gastrin, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 of not associated group were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is play a supporting role in diagnosis of disease that elderly patients with chronic atrophic antral gastritis detect gastrin and T lymphocytes.
