摘要
目的评价我科Sysmex XE-5000与XS-800i血细胞分析仪对红细胞碎片干扰血小板(PLT)检测结果的性能。方法分别用XE-5000电阻抗法(PLT-I)、XE-5000荧光法(PLT-O)、XS-800i电阻抗法检测经红细胞碎片干扰后的标本,运用SPSS12.0进行数据回归分析和配对t检验。结果正常对照组的样本用三种方法检测,结果重复性好,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。在高浓度组中三种方法的检测结果都与对照组有明显的差异(P<0.01);而在低浓度组PLT-O法显示了其良好的抗红细胞碎片干扰性,即干扰前后结果不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对于受红细胞碎片干扰的血小板检测,XS-800i电阻抗法抗干扰能力与XE-5000 PLT-I法一般,但XE-5000开通荧光通道后,其PLT-O检测结果优于前两者。
Objective To evaluate the ability of PLT counting anti-interference in RBC fragment interference experiment on SYSMEX XE-5000 and XS-800i hemacytology analyzer in laboratory. Methods Counting PLT in RBC fragment interference experiment with XE-5000 electric impedance ( PLT-I ), XE-5000 optical ( PLT-O ) and XS-800i electric impedance methods. Compare and analyze the data according to SPSS12.0. Results There were significant correlations (P 〉 0.05 )and good repeatability in the results among three methods in normal PLT. In High concentrations group, the result of the methods and control group were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ).But in low concentrations group, PLT-O shows its excellent ability of anti-interference in RBC fragment experiment. Conclusion For counting PLT with RBC fragment interference, XS-800i electric impedance has common ability to anti-interference the same as XE-5000 PLT-I. The result also showed that the XE-5000 PLT-O method is better than XE-5000 PLT-I and XS-800i electric impedance for anti-interference in RBC fragment interference.
