摘要
分析了装备调配保障的主要影响因素,研究了武器装备、弹药和器材等调配保障的特点和规律,提出了运用指数法、排队网络和模糊综合评判相结合的方法,预测和评估装备调配保障能力,其中指数法能够充分体现各要素之间的关联性。给出了仿真评估实例,验证了方法的实用性,为装备保障指挥决策和系统优化设计提供了理论依据和技术支持。
Main influencing factors of equipment distribution and support are analyzed. The characteristics and laws of military operation of armament, ammunition and equipment maintenance material are studied. The support capability of equipment distribution and support is evaluated and predicted by using the method integra- ting queuing theory, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with index method. The relationship among factors is embodied better by the index method. A simulation example of evaluation is presented. The validity and practi- cability of the comprehensive method is verified, and the proposed method is suitable for the command, decision making and system optimum design of equipment distribution.
