Propelled by the contemporary parametric architectural design trends,numerical controlled manufacture technologies are gradually introduced to the construction industry,and a large amount of practices and researches emerged.The article explained these categories with some typical examples,and concluded that the parametric design process in computer,the numerical controlled fabrication and the digital installation on site will form a complete digitalized design and construction flow,which represents the future of construction industry in the information era.
