摘要
成都根据资源禀赋和发展现实,提出了建设"世界现代田园城市"的目标。这一目标是以科学发展理念和功能提升作为新思路对田园城市思想作进一步诠释和扩展;也是在城乡规划与经济发展相协调的基础上,更加关注人的需求,推动经济、社会、环境等方面和谐发展的战略指导。成都"世界现代田园城市"规划以"自然之美、社会公正、城乡一体"为核心思想,将具体目标分解为九个方面,并在区域、经济、社会、空间、时间、生态等维度形成规划支撑体系。
Based on the city＇s resources and reality of development,Chengdu has launched the objective of constructing a ＂Modern International Garden City＂.The concepts of scientific development and functional upgrade have especially called for a new, inspiring interpretation and expansion of the idea of the garden city,which also serves as a strategic guideline for Chengdu＇s march towards a harmonious future.Chengdu＇s plan for a ＂Modern International Garden City＂ has its core ideas as ＂natural beauty,social justice,urban-rural integration＂.The objective is further divided into nine concrete implementable categories, and supported by planning system spanning regional, economic,social,spatial,temporal,and ecological spheres.
