A Review Of The Research On Referee Evaluation System In China

摘要 从管理学的角度,对我国有关裁判员的考核、培训和执裁水平评价的论文、教材等研究成果和体育管理部门选派裁判员的方法进行了描述和评论。研究认为,我国裁判员的评价系统的研究缺乏整体性、系统性;存在着研究范围狭窄、研究视角局限,成果缺乏推广性等问题;实践操作层面则存在着裁判员的定性评价标准不规范,定量评价标准不全面的缺陷。现有的成果多是在现状调查的基础上,发现问题,进而提出对策,研究缺乏科学的理论指导。 From the views of management,this paper has studied the research achievement on referee in China,the thesis and teaching materials about the assessment,training and judgment of the referee and currently sports management department appointed judges methods and drew the following conclusions: the researches are lack of integrity,systematic and have such problems as limited research perspectives,narrow research ranges,and the results lack of promotion;In practical operation,there are such defects as weak qualitative evaluation standard and incomprehensive quantitative evaluation standard.Most of the current researches are based on investigations of current situations,discovery of problems and then proposals of countermeasures seem to be not creative,foreseeable and lack of high quality and scientific guidance.
