摘要
通过选取12名山东省女子摔跤运动员为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,同时,实验组进行8周核心力量训练。结果显示:实验组3项指标成绩均有明显提高,其中卧推、高翻指标均具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。指出核心力量训练有助于提高摔跤运动员的最大力量素质,因此摔跤运动员进行核心力量训练是十分必要的。
Core strength training's effect on maximum force quality of the outstanding female wrestlers in Shandong Province.[Method] Select 12 female small level wrestlers in Shandong Province as research objects,the experimental group was given an 8-week core strength training.[Result] The result shows that the three indexes are all improved after the experiment,and the index of bench press and power clean are both have remarkable improvement(P〈0.01).[Conclusion] The core strength training helps to improve the quality of the greatest power of wrestling athletes,so wrestling athletes to core strength training is very necessary.
