血清C-反应蛋白在重症高血压脑出血治疗中的意义 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】探讨亚低温治疗对重症高血压脑出血患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)变化的影响。【方法】将64例重症高血压脑出血患者(GCS<9)随机分为亚低温组32例和对照组32例,对照组给予常规治疗,亚低温组在常规治疗的基础上行亚低温治疗,测定治疗前后血清CRP浓度,并与对照治疗组进行比较。另外再和同期60例健康体检者CRP比较。【结果】两组患者治疗前血清CRP含量均较健康体检者明显增高,治疗14 d后两组患者血清CRP含量均比治疗前明显下降,但亚低温组仍明显低于对照组(P<0.05);入院治疗后7、14 d,亚低温组GCS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),3个月后GOS评级亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】血清CRP水平可以作为亚低温治疗高血压脑出血效果判断的参考指标。 【Objective】 To discuss the effect of hypothermia treatment on serum CRP in patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.【Methods】 64 cases of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(GCS 9)were randomly divided into control group(n=32) and hypothermia group(n=32).Control group received routine treatment,hypothermia group were up in the routine treatment of hypothermia treatment,while the serum CRP was detected before and after the treatment,and compared with normal temperature control group,another compared with 60 cases the healthy control serum CRP levels for the same period.【Results】 Before the treatment of hypothermia group patients were compared with normal serum CRP levels increased significantly after treatment of 14d group than in patients with serum CRP levels decreased significantly before the treatment,but the hypothermia group was still lower than the control group(P 0.05);in the hospital 7 days after treatment,14 days the hypothermia group GCS score was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05),3 months after the GOS score was significantly higher than the control group(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 The level of serum CRP is estimating the effectives of hypothermia treatment in patients with hypertensive.
