促肝细胞生长素对重度烧伤所致肝脏活性酶异常的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】观察促肝细胞生长素对重度烧伤所致肝脏损伤引起的酶学异常的临床治疗效果。【方法】对76例重度烧伤合并肝脏酶学异常的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38人。治疗组给予常规烧伤治疗并静脉滴注加入促肝细胞生长素80mg的5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml,1次/d,连续治疗10 d。对照组仅给予常规烧伤治疗。两组均于治疗前和治疗后第5、第10天抽取患者静脉血,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平,并进行比较分析。【结果】治疗组用药前与治疗5、10 d后ALT、AST、γ-GT、ALP检查结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后检查结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组与对照组在治疗后5 d、10 d分别对检测结果进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】应用促肝细胞生长素可降低烧伤后患者肝脏酶学的异常升高、减轻烧伤患者肝细胞损伤。 【Objective】 To observe the therapeutic effect of HGF on liver enzyme abnormalities in burned patients.【Methods】 76 burned patients with liver enzyme abnormalities were randomly divided into two groups.38 patients were treated only by normal burned method and the other 38 patients were treated by normal burned method and HGFO.ALT,AST,γ-GT and ALP were determined before injection of HGF.5th day and 10th day during the treatment and analyzed.【Results】 There were significant difference in these parameters in treat group(P0.05)on different day,and no difference among them in control group(P0.05).There were significant difference in these parameters between the two groups(P0.05).【Conclusion】 HGF may decline the level of liver enzymes and reduce the injury of hepatic cell in burned patients.
