鼻阻力测定用于下鼻甲等离子消融手术评估的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨鼻阻力计用于下鼻甲等离子消融术后对鼻腔功能评估的作用。方法 50例因慢性肥大性鼻炎行下鼻甲等离子消融术,手术前后均测定鼻阻力。结果 50例鼻阻力术前为(0.91±0.21)Pa/cm3,使用麻黄素后为(0.86±0.20)Pa/cm3,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后鼻阻力为(0.47±0.12)Pa/cm3,使用麻黄素后为(0.42±0.12)Pa/cm3,术后鼻阻力比术前明显降低,统计学差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),术后使用麻黄素鼻阻力降低不明显(P>0.05)。结论鼻阻力计能明确慢性肥大性鼻炎的手术指征,并客观评价下鼻甲等离子消融术的疗效。
