摘要
介绍了枯草芽孢杆菌的生物特性,利用该菌对细粒煤进行絮凝实验研究,结果表明,菌体本身对细粒煤溶液的絮凝作用要强于发酵液及上清液,絮凝率达84.0%;添加助凝剂Fe2+、Ca2+可以提高该菌的絮凝率,其中Ca2+可以使絮凝率达到95.8%;细粒煤溶液的pH值为9时絮凝率最高,可达97.3%。
Biological characteristics of bacillus subtilis introduced;by use of which flocculation of coal fines experimentally studied.Results denoted that: the flocculation effect for coal fines solution was more pronounced than for its fermented liquid and supernatant,the flocculation rate being up to 84.0%;the flocculation rate can be increased by coagulantaid,containing Fe2 + or Ca2 +,of which that containing Ca2 + increased the rate up to 95.8%;highest rate at 97.3% obtained while the pH value of coal fine solution being 9.
