湿法气流床气化炉耐火材料使用寿命的探讨

Discussion on the Service Life of the Refractory Materials of the Wet Entrained Flow Gasifier

针对湿法气流床气化炉耐火材料损耗严重的问题,从块状剥落、烧蚀损伤、冲蚀损伤、化学侵蚀4方面进行了原因分析,提出可以通过合理选煤、改善工艺、合理选材及精心筑炉等手段延长耐火砖寿命。

The wet entrained flow gasifier witnessed great consumption of refractory materials, and the causes were analyzed from four different aspects： falling off in blocks, ablation, erosion and chemical attack. It was proposed that the service life of the refractory materials could be prolonged by means of proper coal dressing, optimized process, sensible material selection, careful oven refractory work, etc.
