捣固炼焦炉消烟除尘改造与探讨

Study and Revamping on the Fume/Dust Removal of Stamp-charged Coke Ovens

针对捣固炼焦炉原消烟除尘装置在焦炉机侧装煤中产生的烟尘逸散问题进行了改造。介绍了U形管导烟原理及详细技改措施,对比了改造前后的除尘效果,经改造后的消烟除尘系统,除尘效率达95%以上,污染物排放达到大气污染物国家二级排放标准。

Revamping was made to solve the fume/dust emission problem which is caused by charging the coal into the stamp charged coke ovens. The philosophy of the U-tube fume guide and the detailed revamping method were introduced. The comparison of the fume/dust removal effect before and after the revamping was made, and it shows that the fume/dust removal system has over 95% efficiency, reaching the national class II discharge standard.
