酿酒葡萄叶片矿质元素分布的产区和品种特点

Regional and varietal characterization of multiple element amounts in leaves of wine grape

以中国西部和东部5个葡萄酒产区采集的6个酿酒葡萄品种的叶片为试材,应用ICP-MS分析了叶片中54种矿质元素含量,并以之为参数进行产区和品种的聚类分析。结果表明,葡萄叶片中矿质元素分布主要受种植产地的影响,而与葡萄品种关系不大。

Fifty-four mineral elements in leaves of six grape varieties grown in five wine-producing regions located in eastern and western China were measured using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS）,for which hierarchical cluster analysis was employed.The result showed that the elemental amounts in leaves were mainly determined by their geographic locations,but only slightly by grape varieties.
