原发性痛经瘀血舌象的形成与β_2-糖蛋白1抗体的关系研究

Correlation of Blood-Stasis Tongue with Beta 2-glycosidoprotein 1 Antibody Immunoglobulin G in Primary Dysmenorrhea

【目的】探讨原发性痛经瘀血舌象形成的病理机制。【方法】选择原发性痛经瘀血舌患者22例和非瘀血舌患者19例,另选择健康女性20例,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)分析法检测β2-糖蛋白1抗体(β2GP1 Ab IgG)水平。【结果】原发性痛经瘀血舌患者的外周血中β2GP1 Ab IgG水平显著高于非瘀血舌组及健康对照组(P<0.01);而非瘀血舌组与健康对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);各证型组间的β2GP1 Ab IgG水平比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。【结论】抗β2GP1抗体是原发性痛经疾病的一种危险因子,β2GP1 Ab IgG可能与原发性痛经瘀血舌象患者发病机制有关。

Objective To explore the pathological mechanism of the blood-stasis tongue in primary dysmenorrhea patients.Methods Primary dysmenorrhea patients were enrolled into the study.Of them,22 patients had blood-stasis tongue,and 19 had no blood-stasis tongue.Twenty healthy volunteers served as the control.The level of beta 2-glycosidoprotein 1 antibody immunoglobulin G（β GP1 Ab IgG） in the peripheral blood was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The level of β2 GP1 Ab IgG in the peripheral blood of blood-stasis tongue group was higher than that in the non-blood-stasis tongue group and the healthy control group（P0.01）,but the difference between the non-blood-stasis tongue group and the healthy control group was insignificant（P0.05）.Conclusion Anti-β2 GP1 Abprobably is one of the risky factors of primary dysmenorrhea,and β2 GP1 Ab IgG is related with the pathogenesis of the blood-stasis tongue in primary dysmenorrhea patients.
