痔外剥内扎术后肛门疼痛时间分布特点的纵向研究

Longitudinal Research of Anal Pain Time Distribution in Patients After Milligan-Morgan Hemorrhoidectomy

【目的】探讨混合痔外剥内扎术后肛门疼痛的时间分布特点。【方法】运用描述性研究的方法,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和肢体活动评分法(BRS),对300例患者进行多时点、多因素观察术后肛门疼痛的变化,纵向探讨其时间分布特点。【结果】痔外剥内扎术后患者多在2～4 h开始出现肛门疼痛,多数(89%)在术后6～10 h内处于疼痛的高峰期。且术后的疼痛分数、尿潴留与手术切口数相关(P<0.05)。【结论】经多个时点对痔外剥内扎术后疼痛进行系统全面的观察,发现其具有一定的时间分布特点,而尿潴留、手术切口数等因素与肛门疼痛具有一定的相关性。

Objective To research the time distribution of anal pain in patients after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.Methods A descriptive research was applied.Time distribution of postoperative anal pain was monitored in a total of 300 cases after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy by visual analogue scales（VAS） and behavioral rating scales（BRS） at different time points and under different conditions.Results Anal pain occurred in most of the patients 2～4 hours after the operation,and arrived at the peak in 89% of the patients 6～10 hours after the operation.The score of postoperative anal pain and urine retention were correlated with the number of operation incision（P0.05）.Conclusion There shows certain characteristics of anal pain time distribution in patients after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy,and anal pain and urine retention are correlated with the number of operation incision.
