南板蓝扦插育苗研究

Research on Cutting Propagation of Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees) Bremek.

【目的】研究不同扦插部位与不同扦插时间2种因素对南板蓝扦插育苗的影响,为南板蓝扦插育苗及进一步开展规范化种植(GAP)提供科学依据。【方法】选取1年生健壮且无病虫害的南板蓝植株顶部的嫩枝、中部的半老熟枝及下部的老熟枝3个部分,分别进行扦插,比较其扦插成活率及生根时间;选取1年生健壮无病虫害的植株嫩枝顶芽,分别于2月、7月、9月及11月进行扦插,比较其扦插成活率及生根时间。【结果】南板蓝扦插部位不同,育苗成活率及生根时间不同,育苗成活率由高到低的顺序是嫩枝>半老熟枝>老熟枝,生根时间由短至长的顺序依次为嫩枝<半老熟枝<老熟枝;在不同扦插时间,育苗成活率由高到低的顺序依次为2月>9月>11月>7月,生根时间由短至长的顺序依次为7月<2月<9月<11月。【结论】南板蓝扦插枝最好选择嫩枝及半老熟枝,扦插时间最适宜在春季及秋季。

Objective The effects of different cutting parts and cutting time on cutting propagation of Baphicacanthus cusia（Nees） Bremek.were investigated,thus to provide a scientific basis for cutting propagation of Baphicacanthus cusia（Nees） Bremek.and further good agricultural practice（GAP）.Methods We selected three parts from robust pest-free annual plants of Baphicacanthus cusia for cutting propagation：the top twigs,the central semi-mature branches and the lower mature branches.The seedling survival rate and rooting time of the three parts were compared.We also selected the top twigs from robust pest-free annual plants for cutting propagation in February,July,September and November.The seedling survival rate and rooting time of the top twigs at different cutting time were compared.Results The seedling survival rate and rooting time varied in different cutting parts： top twigs had the highest seedling survival rate and shortest rooting time,central semi-mature branches came next,and the lower mature branches were the last.Of the top twigs,the seedling survival rate was in the decreasing sequence from February,September,November to July,and the rooting time was in the increasing sequence from July,February,September to November.Conclusion The optimal parts for cutting propagation of Baphicacanthus cusia（Nees） Bremek.are top twigs and central semi-mature branches,and the optimal time is in spring and autumn.
